3. Course Environment Notice

Courses are hosted on Google Classroom. By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

• Your name may be visible to other course participants within the classroom.

• This includes visibility in  areas such as class rosters, comments, and shared activities.

We do not have the ability to hide or anonymize names in Google Classroom. If you have concerns about this visibility, please contact us before enrolling.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party tools to operate Rooted in Learning:

• Google Workspace (Sites, Forms, Classroom) - For course hosting and communication

• PayPal / Stripe - for secure payment processing

• MailerLite (or similar) - for email updates and marketing (opt-in only)

These tools may collect and store information according to their own privacy policies.

Please note: We may change or add third-party providers over time as our tools and platforms evolve. We will update this Privacy Policy to reflect those changes, but may not provide individual notice of each update. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.

1. Course Access & Use

• Course access is granted after payment and enrollment form submission.

• You agree not to share login credentials or course content without permission.

• Downloadable materials are for personal use only.

2. Payment & Refunds

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change.

• Refunds are not offered for digital courses unless otherwise noted (e.g., a limited 7-day refund window may apply).

• 1:1 sessions may be rescheduled but not refunded once booked.

3. Intellectual Property

All content - videos, document, graphics, and course materials - are owned by Rooted in Learning. Do not copy, resell, or distribute without written permission.

4. User Conduct

We expect respectful behavior in discussion areas, Q&A sessions, and private sessions. We reserve the right to remove access if inappropriate behavior is reported.

5. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to provide accurate, helpful instruction. However, we are not responsible for any outcomes, errors, or damages related to the use (or misuse) of our content.

At Rooted in Learning, our goal is to offer real skills, practical support, and a positive learning experience. Because our courses include instant access to downloadable materials and resources, we follow the policy below to protect both your learning and our content.

Self-Paced Courses:

Due to the digital nature of our courses and the immediate access to downloadable materials, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. 

We strongly encourage you to review course descriptions and reach out with any questions before purchasing.If ou're unsure whether the course is right for you, we're happy to help you decide before you enroll.

Live Sessions or Coaching (Dig Deeper):

Live coaching sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoide forfeiting the session. No refunds will be issued for missed or no-show sessions.
