A: Anyone who wants to feel more confident using everyday tech tools! Whether you're restarting your career, managing your household, or just tired of feeling lost in spreadsheets, you're in the right place. View Our Courses page to find the right course for you!
Q: Do I need any prior experience?
A: Nope! Our "Ground Level" courses are designed for absolute beginners. If you can open a computer, you can take this course.
Q: How are the courses delivered?
A: Each course includes short videos, downloadable resources, a hands-on project, and optional live Q&A sessions. Everything is hosted in Google Classroom - easy to access and organized like a digital binder.
Q: What tools or software do I need?
A: You'll need a device (Laptop or desktop is best), internet access, and access to the appropriate software (such as Microsoft Excel).
Q: How long do I have access to the course?
A: You'll have lifetime access to the course, and 6-month Growth Session access after enrolling - plenty of time to go at your own pace.
Q: What if I get stuck?
A: You can ask questions in the course discussions, attend a live Q&A (aka "Growth Session"), or request a one-on-one help session if you need more personalized support ("Dig Deeper" session).
Q: How much do your courses cost?
A: Our pricing will be listed on Our Courses page. We aim to keep things affordable and transparent. No subscriptions, no surprise fees.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: We want you to feel confident in your learning, however due to the immediate access to all materials, refunds will not be available after the course is accessed. If you're unhappy within the first 7 days of purchase, reach out.
Q: Are there any discounts?
A: Occasionally! Be sure to follow us on Facebook or join our email list to get notified about special offers or early bird pricing.
Q: How do I sign up for a course?
A: Head to Our Courses page, click the one you want, and follow the instructions to enroll through Google Classroom. You'll get an email confirmation with next steps.
Q: Can I use a mobile device?
A: Some lessons will work on tablets or phones, but we strongly recommend using a computer for the best experience - especially for Excel-based learning.
Q: What if I don't have Excel?
A: A desktop verison of Excel is best. If you're using Excel Online or Google Sheets, you may still be able to follow along, but some features won't be identical. If you're not sure, reach out and we'll help you sort it out.
Q: What is a "Growth Session"?
A: Growth Sessions are optional live Q&As held weekly(ish). You can pop in, ask questions, or just listen. These sessions help bring the learning to life and build community. 6-month access is included free with the purchase of a Rooted in Learning course. Still need help after that? Additional Growth Sessions are available for purchase.
Q: Can I book a one-on-one session?
A: Yes! One-on-one support is available for an additional fee. These are great if you have specific-use case or need help applying what you've learned. These sessions can be booked on Our Courses page, under "Dig Deeper"
